Terms and Conditions - American Allied Health

American Allied Health seeks to provide allied health professionals and testing partners with a national certification experience that is marked by excellence and professionalism. We are committed to the satisfaction of those who register for our national certification exams as well as those who are our current members and testing partners. AAH's staff is ready to answer any questions or concerns about our online exams, systems, and procedures.

By creating a user account, registering for an exam, or using our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • I understand that falsified information submitted to AAH can result in the denial of my examination request and/or the revocation of my certification credentials or certificates of continuing education (CEs).
  • I understand that my AAH national certification credentials will not be valid unless I first submit proof of eligibility to sit for the exam and AAH has reviewed and approved the submitted documentation (or unless an AAH-affiliated testing partner has confirmed my eligibility on my behalf); I agree that AAH maintains the sole responsibility and authority to confirm or deny eligibility status, and whether proof of eligibility documentation accords with the eligibility requirements established by AAH.
  • I understand the content of AAH's practice tests, free study guides, paid study guides, and certification examinations (hereafter referred to as "content") is copyrighted and the sole property of American Allied Health. I agree not to disclose, publish, copy, reproduce, transmit, store, or distribute this content, either in part or in whole, by any means or for any purpose. I understand that the unauthorized disclosure, publication, copying, reproduction, transmission, dissemination, or possession of AAH's content is a crime which may result in my civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.
  • I understand AAH's exam results are automatically scored via a Computer Based Testing (CBT) system. I understand candidates who receive a non-passing score have the ability to appeal their test results up to 30 days after an examination attempt; and that appeals must include the candidate name, date of testing, and description of the reason for appeal. I understand it is my responsibility to send requests directly to appeals@americanalliedhealth.com and that the Appeals Review Committee will respond within 15 days of submission.
  • I understand the purchase of any AAH paid study materials, certification renewal, online continuing education courses (CEs), and exam registration fees, is non-refundable and non-transferable once American Allied Health has processed my order.
  • I understand American Allied Health does not guarantee our members' employment or employability; it is my own responsibility to seek and procure employment and to determine my employer's, potential employer's, or state's requirements for employment prior to obtaining my credentials.
  • I agree to abide by American Allied Health's published Code of Conduct; and I understand that ethical or professional violation of these standards may result in an internal review and adjudication process culminating in the revocation of my certification status.
  • I agree that I will not hold American Allied Health, or any of its representatives, responsible for any action or negligence in providing any person or animal with any medical or non-medical services or attention. I agree that I will not hold American Allied Health, or any of its representatives, liable for any injury or loss of life to any person or animal that may have resulted from my allied health practices pertaining or not pertaining to my AAH certification.
  • I agree that I will not hold American Allied Health, or any of its representatives, liable for any injury or loss of life to any person or animal that may have resulted from my allied health practices pertaining or not pertaining to my AAH certification.
